This was my first time traveling to Mexico, and I traveled as a solo female. I had a great experience with this service. They were there when they said they would be, and both drivers provided stimulating conversation and friendly service. Also, free beer! I highly recommend this service, and will be sure to use them next time I travel to Cabo.

We booked a return transfer to our hotel and back to the airport. The staff were well organized and efficient. On the return trip the driver was there at the time promised. When I was going through airport security I realized my wallet was missing. After a few minutes I narrowed it down to dropping in the shuttle vehicle. I used my laptop to contact Cabo Shuttle by chat. They had been trying to contact me. Since I had minutes left to board my flight , they met me just outside security and saved my day by returning my wallet. Anyone can provide good service, the Cabo Service people went above and beyond to help me and provided great service. I would recommend them highly.

Great hospitality! On the way to the resort, Armando was very friendly and relatable. Offered us beer and water as well. On our way back, Jose was just as nice. Explained how things work and pointed out different resorts as we passed them. All in all, great service, great company to chose from. My boyfriend and I chose the private transportation which affordable and safe.

Great communication, prices, and customer service! I appreciated the detailed instructions for our arrival, as I would have been overwhelmed with everyone trying to get you to go with them instead of the shuttle service you already arranged. I was a bit disappointed with the time we had to wait for our shuttle at the airport given our reservations and on time arrival, but it wasn't too bad. Our party had to have two different departure times from the hotel due to our flight schedules, so I wish it were easier to book online for separate one way travel from the hotel, but their email communication ended up being very responsive, so it wasn't too difficult. I was very appreciative of the on time arrival with our pickup at the hotel. I was nervous with all of the reviews where the departure shuttle arrived late, so I made it a point to send an email the night before our departure to confirm our shuttle pick ups in the morning. I am not sure if this helped to guarantee our pickup was on time, but I would recommend doing this. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and provided good customer service. Our last shuttle driver, Armando, was especially friendly and made us feel welcome. If you can request a certain driver, I would highly recommend him. I was trying to decide between a few different shuttle services, and I am very happy I went with Cabo Shuttle Services (also known as Nirvanza).
